A lot has been happening in the Ecrins refuges, with refurbishments and renovations as well as new construction work having taken place. We are improving the levels of comfort in our buildings to provide a welcome that meets the requirements of the people of Oisans.

Nestled in the valley of la Selle, the refuge is accessible by the ski lift of La Grave. It's also possible to join the end of the Meije's tour!

chalet- Refuge de Chamoissière (2106m) :
A renovated sheepfold with room for 18 guests, it has small bedrooms, showers, heating and electrics. Its location makes it possible to ski around the surrounding 3000m+ peaks for several days, returning to the refuge each night.
